FRZ 4 hours
- 2 cups cold heavy cream
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup Tate+Lyle® Organic Raw Cane Sugar
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a food processor, process heavy cream until thick. Add remaining ingredients and process for an additional minute.
- Remove from processor. Freeze at least 4 hours or overnight. Once frozen, place back in the food processor and process 10-15 seconds. Scoop mixture into balls to serve.
Yields 4 cups; 8 1/2-cup servings.
